4. Retention
Depends on plan (e.g. 30/90-day history) and legal duties. A local server keeps data in your infrastructure — we cannot access it unless you grant access.
5. Sharing
Hosting / email / SMS / AI processors under DPAs. OEM partners only see their customers’ data per integration. International transfers with appropriate safeguards when applicable.
